  • Compare Houses To Others On The Market — We compare the homes currently on the market and recent sales in the neighborhood to make sure that you are getting the best value.
  • Investigate — Once you’ve found the home you are excited about and are ready to submit an offer, your Hybrid agent will prepare a comparative market analysis (CMA) to verify value, discuss the pro’s and con’s of the property.  If you’re ready to make a written offer, we can also investigate the seller’s situation and prepare the contract for you to sign.
  • We Negotiate and Prepare the Contract — We handle all the negotiations, prepare the contract, oversee any amendments, arrange home inspection and manage the details of your transaction all the way to closing.
