A home shopping tour is an easy way to see homes and to meet your Hybrid Home Brokers agent for the first time, too.  Our agents will meet you at the first home, opening the door, providing you information about the home and neighborhood and answering any questions you may have.  They will then proceed with you from home to home you have indicated an interest to see.

If you end up interested in any of the properties you see, your Hybrid Home Brokers agent can assist you in preparing the contract, negotiating the sale and managing your purchase until closing.

When representing you as the home-buyer, Hybrid Home Brokers earns a commission from the seller.  We pay you part of what we receive from the seller.  In return we ask you eliminate the homes that you don’t want to see after searching the internet, which over 93% of home-buyers do anyway on their own no matter what agent they choose to have represent them in the purchase of their home. 

Scheduling to See Homes and Receive CASH AT CLOSING

Step 1: Search for your next home on HybridHomeBrokers.com

Step 2: Eliminate the homes you don’t want to see after your initial search and Save your Favorites on our website.

Step 3: Drive by to see the exterior of the home and neighborhoods and narrow your list down to your favorites.

Step 4: Go back to our website, Login and go to your favorites and click on “Schedule a Showing” for each home you wish to see.  Or, if you have selected an agent call them directly or call our main line at 303-797-7283 X107 and we will arrange to have one of our agents meet you at the first home.

For requests submitted by 5 p.m., we’ll contact you by phone or email within four hours.  For after-hours requests, we will respond by 10 a.m. the next day.  Remember at any time you can view and edit your list of favorite homes to see and edit your saved searches in your Listing Manager Account page under the Login button on the home page of HybridHomeBrokers.com

We schedule home shopping tours in two hour blocks from 9 a.m – 7 p.m., seven days a week.

• Identity verification: To ensure our agents’ safety, we ask you to verify your identity with our agent. We never share this information with anyone.
• Lender’s pre-approval letter: This helps establish your price range and lets us know you can afford the homes you want to see. It’s easy to get from your preferred lender or you can use one of ours.
