I started my career in real estate with RE/MAX in Denver in 1978. I have seen the evolution in real estate. The pioneers of the 100% commission plan, RE/MAX and Realty Executives have clearly demonstrated the success of this concept works.
But with the current market conditions most brokerages and agents are looking at ways to Increase Revenue, Cut Costs and look at a more effective ways to market their services to reach their customers. The days of large Brick and Mortar locations, private offices and a large carbon footprint to operate these brokerages must change. Technology has played a major role in the paradigm shift.

In Colorado we are a Virtually Green Realtor®, that offers three 100% Commission Plans for Realtors® to choose from.
Our most popular 100% Commission Plan is $50 a month, $295 transaction fee on the first closing each month only. For those who can’t afford the month charge, we offer a plan with No Monthly Fee and a $495 Transaction Fee at closing.
But just offering a low monthly fee with 100% commission is not enough. As a brokerage one still needs to offer value, training and support. For example all listings of our agents are Showcased on Realtor.com. All listings are syndicated to the major search engines and websites. Every agent gets a webpage featuring that agent and their listings. We offer Continuing Education Programs and coaching and so much more.
We are able to charge a low fee because we don’t have large brick and mortar offices. We have smaller offices that agents can meet clients at more convenient locations across the Metro Denver Area. We use technology to generate buyers and seller leads. We use online contract and document management systems to reduce the waste of paper and improve compliance on the transactions.
The Next Generation of Real Estate Brokerage is here now and it sounds like agents are seriously looking at this direction. In fact, it is my understanding that over 400,000 Realtors out of 1.2 million are already with a 100% company.
At Hybrid Home Brokers we believe that the Virtual Realtor® is truly an independent contractor who is in “control of their business” to run freely the way they see fit. Our Virtual Realtors® on average close more transactions than the average agent and in turn have earned their commission. Therefore, it is only right that they should keep 100% for their efforts.
