Our Fee of 2.5% Get’s Your Home SOLD

Hybrid Home Brokers is a FULL SERVICE brokerage that does EVERYTHING a traditional broker does but for less money.  Because our clients come from our extensive web presence, we can afford to charge half the traditional agent’s fee – and still deliver Superior Service, Marketing and better results.

For example an average home selling for $300,0000, we SAVE Seller’s $10,500 over a traditional listing agent that charges 3.2% of the final sales price of the home.  What would you do with the money you save?

What If You the Homeowner Finds the Buyer?

You only pay the 2.5% of the final sales price.  On a sales price of $400,000, a traditional broker may charge you 3.2% to list and 2.8% for the buyers agent, no matter where the buyer comes from, for a total of 6% or $24,000.  If you find the buyer you only pay the 2.5%, a SAVINGS to you of $14,000.  You could send your child to college with that money, take a vacation or purchase furniture for your new home.

You Still Pay the Buyer’s Agent

Aside from what you pay Hybrid Home Brokers, we recommend that you offer to pay the buyer’s agent 2.8% to 3% of the final sales price.  This ensures the buyer’s agent will show your home and still let’s you save thousands on the fee to Hybrid Home Brokers as your listing agent.  Best part you only pay a fee to a buyer’s agent if they bring you the buyer.
